a presente invenção refere-se a um conjugado de peptídeo-resina de fórmula (2), em que: pr1 é selecionado de h, alquila, arila, aralquila, acila, aroíla e um grupo de proteção; y é uma ligação direta; ou um resíduo de aminoácido natural ou não natural opcionalmente protegido; ou um peptídeo compreendendo de 2 a 200 resíduos de aminoácido naturais ou não naturais, cada um dos quais é opcionalmente protegido; dia é um diaminoácido natural ou não natural; a é uma resina polimérica conjugada com a função amino da cadeia lateral do diaminoácido; x é um resíduo de aminoácido natural ou não natural opcionalmente protegido; ou um peptídeo compreendendo de 2 a 15 resíduos de aminoácido naturais ou não naturais, cada um dos quais é opcionalmente protegido; r1 e r2 são cada um independentemente selecionado de h, alquila, arila, aralquila, nh2, nh-co-nh2. outros aspectos da invenção referem-se a um processo de preparação do conjugado de peptídeo-resina de fórmula (2), e seu uso na preparação de peptídeos.
