Abstract
1/1 resumo “método para produzir composto de carbonila” para fornecer um método de produção para suprimir a redução em taxa de produção de um composto de carbonila devido a transferência de componente de metal nobre na fase líquida. um método para produzir um composto de carbonila, incluindo: uma etapa de reação de reagir um material bruto de carbonilação com co na fase líquida incluindo um catalisador sólido tendo um complexo de metal nobre em um carreador de resina contendo nitrogênio quaternizado para produzir um composto de carbonila; uma etapa de destilação de destilação de um produto de reação líquido para recuperar destilado de fase gasosa incluindo o composto de carbonila; e uma etapa de circulação para circular um produto de fundo da destilação para etapa de reação. após parte do produto de fundo contactar com uma resina de troca de cátion ácida para remover composto de nitrogênio, líquido tendo concentração de umidade maior que o produto de fundo contacta com a resina para extrair complexo de metal nobre capturado por oligômero adsorvendo a resina, e o complexo é retornado à etapa de reação.
