Abstract

Proporcionar un método de producción para suprimir la reducción del régimen de producción de un compuesto carbonilo, debido a la transferencia de un componente de metal noble hacia la fase líquida. Un método para producir un compuesto carbonilo incluye: una etapa para hacer reaccionar una materia prima de carbonilación con CO en fase líquida, incluyendo un catalizador sólido que tiene complejo de metal noble en un vehículo resina que contiene nitrógeno cuaternizado para producir un compuesto carbonilo; una etapa para destilar un producto líquido de reacción a fin de recuperar al destilado en fase líquida que incluye al compuesto carbonilo; y una etapa para hacer circular un producto residual desde la destilación hacia la etapa de reacción. Después de que una parte del producto residual entra en contacto con una resina ácida de permutación catiónica para remover al compuesto nitrógeno, el líquido que tiene mayor concentración de humedad que el producto residual, entra en contacto con la resina para extraer al complejo de metal noble capturado por la adsorción del oligómero en la resina y se devuelve el complejo hacia la etapa de reacción.
