ELEMENTOS DE SEGURANÇA EXIBINDO UM MOVIMENTO VISUAL DINÂMICO. A presente invenção é relacionada a um elemento de segurança compreendendo um desenho de pelo menos três camadas, em que uma primeira camada compreende um primeiro material que é capaz de interagir com uma primeira radiação eletromagnética mas não interage com uma segunda e terceira radiação eletromagnética, uma segunda camada compreende um segundo material que é capaz de interagir com a dita segunda radiação eletromagnética mas não interage com a primeira e a terceira radiação eletromagnética, e uma terceira camada que compreende um terceiro material que é capaz de interagir com uma terceira radiação eletromagnética mas não interage com uma primeira e segunda radiação eletromagnética, em que o dito desenho provê um efeito visual de movimento quando exposto a uma iluminação sequencial com uma fonte de luz capaz de emitir separadamente pelo menos a dita primeira, segunda e terceira radiação eletromagnética. A presente invenção, além disso, é relacionada a compreender o elemento de segurança, o uso do elemento de segurança para a proteção de um documento de segurança contra fraude ou reprodução ilegal, a um método para manufaturar o elemento de segurança ou documento de segurança, e a um método para criar um efeito visual de movimento por meio da iluminação sequencial do elemento de segurança.
