resumo “simulador e sistema para facilitar atividade de soldagem virtual” a presente invenção refere-se a um simulador que facilita a atividade de soldagem virtual. o simulador pode incluir um subsistema baseado em processador lógico operável para gerar um ambiente de soldagem interativo em espaço de realidade virtual que emula a atividade de soldagem por simulação de uma poça de solda virtual que tem características dinâmicas de dissipação de calor e fluidez de metal fundido em tempo real, em resposta à realização de uma atividade de soldagem simulada em tempo real. o simulador pode incluir um dispositivo de pedal em comunicação operativa com o subsistema baseado em processador lógico e configurado para afetar pelo menos uma característica da poça de solda virtual em tempo real, em resposta ao controle de usuário do dispositivo de pedal. o simulador pode ser configurado para rastrear os movimentos de uma ferramenta de soldagem de imitação e um fio de metal de adição de imitação e determinar uma interação entre a poça de solda virtual, uma ferramenta de soldagem virtual correspondente e um fio de metal de adição correspondente em espaço de realidade virtual que poderia resultar na ferramenta de soldagem tornar-se contaminada.
