resumo patente de invenção: "dispositivo de controle de bateria, sistema de controle de bateria, método de controle de bateria e meio de gravação". a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de controle de bateria que controla uma operação de uma bateria conectada a um sistema de potência inclui: um meio de detecção que detecta as informações relacionadas à bateria que mostra um estado da bateria, ou um estado de um ponto de interconexão do sistema de potência e da bateria; um primeiro meio de comunicação que transmite um resultado de detecção do meio de detecção a um dispositivo externo, e executa o processamento de recepção para receber as informações de controle de operação para controlar a operação da bateria do dispositivo externo em um intervalo de tempo predeterminado; e meio de controle que executa o processamento de controle operacional da bateria para controlar a operação da bateria com base em um estado do sistema de potência e com base nas informações de controle de operação recebidas pelo primeiro meio de comunicação, em um intervalo de tempo mais curto que o intervalo de tempo predeterminado.
