a presente patente de invenção descreve sistemas e métodos para determinar um tempo estimado de chegada (eta) para uma rota, com base em um modelo de eta. os sistemas podem executar os métodos para obter um primeiro sinal elétrico associado a pelo menos uma rota tendo pelo menos uma seção de estrada; gerar e salvar primeiros dados estruturados de pelo menos um vetor de característica global e pelo menos uma duração histórica associada à pelo menos uma rota baseada no primeiro sinal elétrico; gerar segundos dados estruturados de um modelo de eta treinando o modelo baseado em pelo menos um vetor de característica global e pelo menos uma duração histórica; e salvar os segundos dados estruturados do modelo de eta em pelo menos um meio de armazenamento não transitório legível por computador.
