Abstract

MÉTODO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE IMPULSOR E IMPULSOR PARA MÁQUINA DE ROTAÇÃO CENTRÍFUGA. A invenção se refere a uma nova técnica de fabricação para impulsores (100) para máquina de rotação centrífuga. O impulsor (100) é feito pela composição de peças singulares de paletas que se encaixam à parte central ou diretamente ao eixo do rotor por soldagem, soldagem por atrito ou sistema de travamento mecânico. A capacidade de fabricação dos segmentos (100') é fácil, rápida e barata, e torna possível o uso de tecnologias avançadas de fabricação como fabricação aditiva do tipo de Derretimento Direto de Metal a Laser.
