Abstract
resumo sistema e apoio de transferência de fio de soldar para uso com pelo menos um par de recipientes de fio de soldar sem fim trata-se, em geral, de um método e aparelho para aprimorar metodologias de transferência de fio em batelada existentes e, mais particularmente, a pacotes de fio de soldar para uso como um recipiente de fio sem fim de tal modo que os fios de soldar de múltiplos recipientes (16, 18) possam ser ligados uns aos outros para produzir um fluxo ininterrupto de fio de soldar para uma operação de soldagem empregando-se um guia de transferência de fio de soldar (38), sendo que o guia tem um sulco curvilíneo voltado para fora (52), sendo que uma extremidade do dito sulco do dito guia de transferência de fio de soldar é posicionada ao longo de uma linha tangente que se desloca entre um diâmetro externo da bobina em processo (12) do fio e uma extremidade oposta do dito sulco ao longo de uma linha tangente que se desloca entre um diâmetro interno da bobina escalonada (14) do fio de soldar. o aparelho inclui, adicionalmente, um braço guia de fio posicionável magneticamente acima de pelo menos dois, preferencialmente de cada recipiente de fio de soldar em batelada (16, 18).
