Abstract
resumo método para detecção, identificação e/ou quantificação de um ou mais carboidratos, uso de um oligotiofeno conjugado luminescente, e composto a presente invenção refere-se a um método para detecção, identificação e/ou quantificação de um ou mais carboidratos. o método compreende as etapas de colocar um objeto ou uma amostra em contato com um oligotiofeno conjugado luminescente (lco) e detectar pelo menos um sinal de detecção do oligotiofeno conjugado luminescente. a presença e/ou a identidade e/ou a quantidade de um ou mais carboidratos que está ou estão presentes no dito objeto ou na dita amostra é determinada com base no dito sinal de detecção detectado do lco. a invenção engloba métodos para detecção de carboidrato através do uso de derivados de oligotiofeno. os métodos são rápidos, fáceis e diretos e podem ser realizados em tempo real bem como in situ.
