Abstract
1/1 resumo "processo de secagem por atomização" a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparar um pó detergente preparado por secagem por atomização que compreende: (a) formar uma pasta fluida de detergente aquoso em um misturador; (b) transferir a pasta fluida de detergente aquoso do misturador até um tubo que percorre uma primeira bomba, e, então, por meio de uma segunda bomba, até um bico atomizador; (c) colocar em contato um ingrediente do detergente líquido que tem uma viscosidade menor que 2 pa.s com a pasta fluida de detergente aquoso na tubulação após a primeira bomba e antes da segunda bomba para formar uma mistura; (d) atomizar a mistura por intermédio do bico atomizador em uma torre para secagem por atomização; e (e) secar por atomização a mistura para formar um pó secado por atomização, em que um gás rico em nitrogênio é introduzido entre a primeira e a segunda bombas.
