Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA TRANSPORTAR PRODUTOS GRANULADOS. A invenção cria um dispositivo com um único trilho ou múltiplos trilhos e um método correspondente para transportar produtos granulados, de maneira tal que os produtos são separados de um fluxo de produtos em cada um dos trilhos e são, subsequentemente, transportados uniformemente mais espaçados e/ou em grupos. Para esta finalidade, sistemas para alimentação dos produtos como um fluxo de produtos em uma fileira única são fornecidos em cada trilho, bem como sistemas para descarregar os produtos separados distanciados uns dos outros em uma fileira, em que os produtos são transferidos dos sistemas de alimentação para os sistemas de descarga. Sistemas para transportar os produtos são fornecidos em cada trilho na área da transferência dos sistemas de alimentação para os sistemas de descarga e têm dispositivos extratores, os quais são montados de modo a serem articuláveis de uma maneira controlada na direção de transporte dos produtos e intervêm entre dois produtos sucessivos no fluxo de produtos alimentados, de modo que os ditos sistemas orientam os produtos durante a transferência dos sistemas de alimentação para os sistemas de descarga, de maneira tal que os produtos são separados do fluxo de produtos e são ainda transportados em distâncias uniformes uns dos outros e/ou em grupos, e são descarregados de uma maneira controlada em cada caso. O dispositivo de transporte com múltiplos trilhos compreende, adicionalmente, sistemas para controlar os dispositivos de transporte nos trilhos, de modo que os fluxos de produtos sobre os trilhos sejam sincronizados uns com os outros, de maneira que um produto de um trilho, após separação do respectivo fluxo de produtos, esteja substancialmente alinhado com os produtos individuais em outros trilhos selecionados ou todos os outros trilhos, de modo que os produtos nos trilhos em questão estejam posicionados lado a lado substancialmente em uma fileira em uma direção perpendicular ou em uma inclinação na direção de transporte dos produtos. (Figura 1A).
