Abstract
MÉTODO PARA IMPEDIR CORROSÃO EM UM COMPONENTE, INVÓLUCRO DE COMPRESSOR A MOTOR, TURBOMÁQUINA E INSTALAÇÃO INDUSTRIAL A presente invenção refere-se a um método para impedir corrosão em um componente em área marítima, submarina ou terrestre. O método da presente invenção pode ser vantajosamente usado para impedir corrosão em um componente de uma turbomáquina em área marítima, submarina ou terrestre. Trata-se de um método (100) para impedir corrosão em um componente (1) de uma turbomáquina que tem um substrato metálico (5) feito de aço-carbono, aço-liga baixa e aço inoxidável que inclui: - uma primeira etapa de deposição (110) para depositar uma primeira camada metálica (2a) no substrato (5) por eletrogalvanização; - uma segunda etapa de deposição (120) para depositar pelo menos uma segunda camada (2b) de uma liga de níquel na primeira camada (2a) por galvanização não elétrica; - pelo menos uma etapa de tratamento térmico (140), após as etapas de deposição (110, 120), sendo que o dito tratamento térmico (140) é aplicado a uma temperatura (T) por um tempo (t) que depende da espessura total das camadas (2a, 2b), em que o valor da dita temperatura (T) é diretamente proporcional à espessura, sendo que o valor do dito tempo (t) é inversamente proporcional à temperatura (T).
