Abstract

MOLDE DE MOLDAGEM DE RESINA, PROCESSO DE MOLDAGEM DE RESINA E PRODUTO MOLDADO DE RESINA. A presente invenção refere-se ao problema de proporcionar um molde de moldagem de resina, capaz de limitar a geração de rebarbas oriundas de rebaixamento e texturização de superfície. O molde de moldagem de resina (1), compreende: um molde de núcleo (4), cuja superfície tem uma protuberância (11), que forma um furo atravessante (105) na moldagem de resina (100), como um rebaixamento; e um molde de cavidade (5), que é proporcionado de modo a ser capaz de acoplar-se com o molde de núcleo (4). O molde de cavidade (5) compreende um corpo principal de cavidade (13), que tem uma superfície de texturização superficial voltada para a superfície na qual a protuberância (11) do molde de núcleo (4) é proporcionada, quando acoplado com o molde de núcleo (4), e uma peça de revestimento (15), que é proporcionada no corpo principal de núcleo (13), de modo a entrar em contato com a protuberância (11) e tem uma superfície acabada de espelho na superfície voltada para ela (23), que entra em contato com a protuberância (11).
