Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "processo de preparo de catalisador utilizável em hidrotratamento e hidroconversão". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de preparo de um catalisador, a partir de um precursor catalítico, compreendendo um suporte à base de alumina e/ou de sílica-alumina e/ou de zeólita, e compreendendo pelo menos um elemento do grupo vib e eventualmente pelo menos um elemento do grupo viii, esse processo compreendendo a impregnação desse precursor por uma solução de um succinato de dialquila c1-c4. o processo comporta uma etapa de impregnação (etapa 1) desse precursor secado, calcinado ou regenerado, com pelo menos uma solução contendo pelo menos um ácido carboxílico diferente do ácido acético, depois maturação e secagem a uma temperatura inferior ou igual a 200°c, seguido eventualmente de um tratamento térmico a uma temperatura inferior a 350°c, a etapa 1 sendo seguida de uma impregnação (etapa 2) com uma solução contendo pelo menos um succinato de dialquila c1-c4 seguida de uma maturação, e de uma secagem a uma temperatura inferior a 200°c, sem etapa de calcinação posterior. o catalisador é utilizado em hidrotratamento e/ou hidroconversão.
