Abstract

PNEUMÁTICO DOBRÁVEL, PROCESSO DE DOBRAMENTO E UTILIZAÇÃO. A invenção se refere a um pneumático dobrável para veículo contendo pelo menos uma armadura de carcaça (5) sendo colocada acima e radialmente ao exterior de uma armadura de coroa (4) inextensível, ela mesma radialmente ao interior de uma banda de rodagem (2), as ditas armaduras (4, 5) sendo cada uma constituída de pelo menos uma camada de elementos de reforço, a dita banda de rodagem (2) sendo conectada a dois talões (6) por intermédio de dois flancos (8), os ditos talões (6) sendo destinados a entrar em contato com um aro, cada talão (6) contendo pelo menos um elemento de reforço circunferencial (3), chamado haste, a dita haste (3) definindo uma linha média formando uma curva fechada sensivelmente circular em um plano circunferencial. A haste (3) de cada talão (6) é flexível, e compreende pelo menos uma parte côncava P, de menor raio R e de centro de curvatura C. A invenção se refere igualmente a um processo de dobramento e utilização de pneumático.
