Abstract

PNEUMÁTICO COM ARMADURA DE CARCAÇA RADIAL A invenção refere-se um pneumático com armadura de carcaça radial, constituído de pelo menos uma camada de elementos de reforço metálicos, o referido pneumático compreendendo uma armadura de topo (5), ela mesma coberta por uma de rodagem (6), a referida banda de rodagem sendo reunida a dois talões (3) por intermédio de dois flancos. De acordo com a invenção, os elementos de reforço metálicos de pelo menos uma camada da armadura de carcaça (2) são cabos não reforçados apresentando ao teste dito de permeabilidade uma vazão inferior a 20 cm3/mn e em um plano radial, pelo menos sobre uma parte do perfil meridiano do pneumático, a espessura de mistura de borracha (E) entre a superfície interna da cavidade do pneumático e o ponto de um elemento de reforço metálico da armadura de carcaça a mais próxima da referida a superfície interna da cavidade é inferior ou igual a 3,5 mm e a relação entre espessuras de mistura de borracha entre a superfície interna da cavidade do pneuma´tico e o ponto de um elemento de reforço metálico da armadura de carcaça a mais próxima da referida superfície interna da cavidade de duas partes distintas do pneumático é superior a 1,15.
