Abstract
resumo da patente de invenção para: composição destinada ao tratamento de diabetes, compreendendo conjugado de insulina de ação prolongada e conjugado de peptídeo insulinotrópico de ação prolongada. a presente invenção refere-se a uma composição para a prevenção ou tratamento de diabetes compreendendo um conjugado de insulina de ação prolongada e um conjugado de peptídeo insulinotrópico de ação prolongada e um método terapêutico para o tratamento de diabetes e mais particularmente à administração concomitante do conjugado de insulina de ação prolongada e de conjugado de peptídeo insulinotrópico de ação prolongada inibe o aumento de peso provocado pelo tratamento com insulina e os vómitos e náuseas provocados pelo tratamento com o peptídeo insulinotrópico e reduz a dose necessária de insulina melhorando de forma notável a adesão ao tratamento. além disso, cada um dos conjugados de insulina de ação prolongada e o conjugado de peptídeo insulinotrópico de ação prolongada da presente invenção é preparado por meio de ligação da insulina ou peptídeo insulinotrópico com a região fc da imunoglobulina através do ligante não peptidilo, revelando assim melhor duração de eficácia e estabilidade in vivo.
