Abstract

FOLHA DE AÇO ELETROMAGNÉTICA ORIENTADA POR GRÃOS E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE FOLHA DE AÇO ELETROMAGNÉTICA ORIENTADA POR GRÃOS. A patente de invenção refere-se a uma folha de aço eletromagnética orientada por grão na qual o desenvolvimento de tensões laterais pode ser inibido de forma confiável e mesmo partes onde as tensões laterais ocorreram podem ser deixadas no produto. Na folha de aço eletromagnética orientada por grão da presente invenção, um filme de revestimento de vidro (12) em uado de extremidade na direção de largura de uma folha de aço (11) possui uma seção modificada linear (14) formada como uma linha contínua ou uma linha interrompida descontínua ao longo da direção paralela à direção de laminação da folha de aço e possuindo uma composição diferente da de outras partes do filme de revestimento de vidro. O valor médio do deslocamento angular entre a direção do eixo geométrico de fácil magnetização dos grãos de cristal e a direção de laminação nas posições na direção de largura da folha de aço que correspondem à seção modificada linear (14), na parte de metal de base da folha de aço (11), é igual a 0º a 20º.
