Abstract

PNEUMÁTICO PARA VEÍCULO DE MANIPULAÇÃO. A presente invenção se refere a um conjunto montado para um veículo de manipulação constituído por um pneumático montado em um aro. A invenção também se refere a um processo de realização de tal conjunto montado que compreende um pneumático (1) montado em um aro (5), o pneumático compreendendo uma banda de rodagem (2), dois flancos (3) e dois talões (4) que delimitam com o aro (5) uma cavidade interna (6) que contém um componente de preenchimento (7) constituído por pelo menos um elemento sólido incompressível. De acordo com a invenção, o componente de preenchimento (7) é constituído por grânulos pelo menos em parte separados uns dos outros por interstícios que contêm pelo menos um gás, e a taxa de preenchimento, que é a relação entre o volume total dos grânulos, soma dos volumes elementares dos grânulos, e o volume da cavidade interna (6), é pelo menos igual a 0,8.
