Abstract

本实用新型属于轮胎。图中描述了一种用于充气轮胎轮辋的实芯轮胎剖面。该轮胎的胎内层<3>中的加强物是短纤维(天然棉或尼龙)<2>。不用钢丝束。该轮胎可直接安装到充气轮胎的轮辋上,特别适合于低速重载车辆使用。生产该轮胎工艺简单,成本低。

本发明属于轮胎。
现有各类规格品种的轮胎,就其结构形式可分为充气轮胎和实芯轮胎两大类。使用充气轮胎时必须配以充气内胎,否则无法运转。制造实芯轮胎时必须将金属轮辋预先与橡胶粘接在一起。或在胎两侧内卷配上钢丝束作加强物。这样制得的实芯轮胎均不能被直接安装在充气轮胎轮辋上。
随着经济的发展,港口、机场、车站和库场等部门的流动货运量迅速增加。这些部门日常使用的低速重载车辆,由于作业条件复杂。车辆上所装的充气轮胎容易爆破或被刺破。仅据江苏南通港狼山作业区统计,一个工班最多爆破过26套充气轮胎,平均每年更换2、3次,经济损失大。而现有的实芯轮胎,限于其本身的结构,又不能直接安装到充气轮胎轮辋上,所以这些部门急需一种既能避免爆破、刺破又能直接安装到现有充气轮胎的轮辋上去的新型轮胎,以进一步提高劳动生产率和经济效益。
本发明便是为解决上述实际问题而研制的。
本发明的解决方案是:在现有橡胶轮胎生产工艺的基础上,采用短纤维(天然棉或尼龙)作胎内层的加强物,外层配以具有一定弹性的耐磨橡胶。中间采用弹性良好的过渡层,既不预先粘接金属轮辋,也不采用钢丝束,从而制成可直接安装到充气轮胎轮辋上的实芯轮胎。

图1描述了一种用于充气轮胎轮辋的实芯轮胎。短纤维(天然棉或尼龙)〈2〉与内层胶〈1〉均匀混合形成网状结构,组成胎内层〈3〉。胎外层〈4〉是具有一定弹性的耐磨橡胶,表面有多条周向花纹沟〈6〉。中间是过渡层〈5〉。短纤维(天然棉或尼龙)〈2〉占胎内层〈3〉的40%-60%重量份。短纤维(天然棉或尼龙)〈2〉的直径是0.05毫米-0.5毫米,长度是4毫米-6毫米。这样制得的实芯轮胎可直接用于充气轮胎轮辋上,从而彻底解决了低速重载车辆的用胎问题。
本发明生产工艺简单,用料来源广泛,可节省大量钢丝束,降低生产成本,完全消除了爆破、刺破轮胎的现象。使用时可充分利用现有充气轮胎的轮辋,换装方便,减少用户的经济损失。

Claims (5)

1、一种用于充气轮胎轮辋的实芯轮胎。它由胎内层<3>、过渡层<5>和胎外层<4>组成,其特征是:胎内层<3>中的加强物是短纤维<2>。
2、按权利要求1所述的实芯轮胎,其特征是:所述的短纤维〈2〉是天然棉。
3、按权利要求1所述的实芯轮胎,其特征是:所述的短纤维〈2〉是尼龙。
4、按权利要求1所述的实芯轮胎,其特征是:所述的短纤维〈2〉在胎内层〈3〉中占40%-60%的重量份。
5、按权利要求1所述的实芯轮胎,其特征是:所述的短纤维〈2〉的直径是0.05毫米-0.5毫米,长度是4毫米-6毫米。
