Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: "sistema de elevação e método de elevação para lança de máquina operacional e máquina operacional". a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de elevação para uma lança de uma máquina operacional que compreende: um dispositivo de armazenamento de energia que compreende um cilindro de armazenamento de energia (4) e um acumulador (7), o cilindro de armazenamento de energia (4) compreende uma câmara superior (4a) e uma câmara inferior (4b) assim como um bastão de pistão de armazenamento de energia (2) conectado à lança (1), a parte superior do acumulador (7) é preenchida com gás e a parte inferior do acumulador (7) é preenchida com óleo hidráulico (19) e se comunica com a câmara inferior (4b) do cilindro de armazenamento de energia; um cilindro de controle (12) para controlar a elevação da lança (1), que compreende uma câmara superior (12a) e uma câmara inferior (12b) assim como um bastão de pistão de controle (23) conectado à lança (1); uma bomba hidráulica (9), quando a bomba hidráulica abastece óleo à câmara superior para o cilindro de controle (12a), a lança (1) desce de modo que o peso da lança impulsione o bastão de pistão de armazenamento de energia (2) para impulsionar o óleo hidráulico na câmara inferior para o cilindro de armazenamento de energia (4b) à parte inferior do acumulador, de modo a comprimir o gás na parte superior para recuperar energia potencial e quando a bomba hidráulica abastece óleo à câmara inferior para o cilindro de controle (12b), a lança (1) sobe para elevar o bastão de pistão de armazenamento de energia (2), de modo que o gás comprimido na parte superior do acumulador impulsione o óleo hidráulico (19) na parte inferior à câmara inferior para o cilindro de armazenamento de energia (4b) para liberar a energia potencial recuperada, impulsionando desse modo o bastão de pistão de armazenamento de energia (2) para levantar a lança. o sistema recupera e recicla de forma eficaz a energia potencial da lança de descida, de modo que a energia é economizada e a eficiência de trabalho da lança é aprimorada. são também revelados na presente invenção uma máquina operacional com o sistema de elevação acima e um método para elevar uma lança por meio do sistema de elevação acima.
