Abstract

Se describe un sistema de elevación para un brazo de una máquina de operación, que comprende: un dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía que comprende un cilindro de almacenamiento de energía (4) y un acumulador (7), el cilindro de almacenamiento de energía (4) comprende u a cámara superior (4a) y una cámara inferior (4b) así como una biela de émbolo de almacenamiento de energía (2) conectada c n el brazo (1), la parte superior del acumulador (7) se rellena c n el gas y la parte inferior del acumulador (7) se rellena con el aceite hidráulico (19) y se comunican con la cámara inferior (4b) del cilindro de almacenamiento de energía; un cilindro de control (12) para controlar la elevación del brazo (1), que comprende una cámara superior (12a) y una cámara inferior (12b) así como una biela de émbolo de control (23) conectado con el brazo (1); una bomba hidráulica (9), cuando la bomba hidráulica suministra el aceite a la cámara superior para el cilindro de control (12a), el brazo (1) desciende de tal manera que el peso del brazo empuje contra la biela de émbolo de almacenamiento de energía (2) para empujar el aceite hidráulico en la cámara inferior para el cilindro de almacenamiento de energía (4b) a la parte inferior del acumulador, para comprimir el gas en la parte superior para recuperar la energía potencial, y cuando la bomba hidráulica suministra el aceite a la cámara inferior para el cilindro de control (12b), el brazo (1) asciende para elevar la biela de émbolo de almacenamiento de energía (2), de tal manera que el gas comprimido en la parte superior del acumulador empuje el aceite hidráulico (19) en la parte inferior a la cámara inferior para el cilindro de almacenamiento de energía (4b) para liberar la energía potencial recuperada, por lo tanto, empuja la biela de émbolo de almacenamiento de energía (2) para elevar el brazo. El sistema recupera y recicla eficientemente la energía potencial del brazo descendente, de modo que la energía se ahorra y la eficiencia del trabajo del brazo se mejora. También se describe en la presente invención una máquina de operación con el sistema de elevación anterior y con un método para elevar un brazo por medio del sistema de elevación anterior.
