processo para a preparação de derivados de ácidos aril- e heteroaril acético a invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de ácidos aril- e heteroaril acético e de derivados destes por reação de halogenetos de arila ou heteroarila com diésteres malônicos, na presença de um catalisador de paládio, de um ou mais bases e, opcionalmente, de um catalisador de transferência de fase. este processo permite a preparação de uma grande variedade de derivados de ácidos aril- e heteroaril acético funcionalizados, especialmente também a preparaçã de ácidos arilacético com substituintes estereoquimicamente exigentes.
