Abstract

sistema de descongelamento instantâneo sistema de refrigeração de compressão de vapor que inclui um compressor 1 disposto para efetuar a re-circulação de refrigerante através de um condensador 2, de um dispositivo de expansão 4 e de um evaporador 5. para se chegar a uma eficiência termodinâmica rápida de descongelamento do evaporador, o refrigerante quente advinho do condensador é estocado em um receptor de descongelamento 6 antes de vir a passar através do dispositivo de expansão 4. na fase de descongelamento, a disposição de válvulas 7-10 forma um circuito de descongelamento fechado conectando o evaporador 5 até ao receptor de descongelamento 6 via a válvula de descongelamento 10 possibilitando a que o fluido quente passe a partir do receptor de descongelamento ao evaporador com o refrigerante líquido no evaporador escoando até ao receptor de descongelamento via a válvula de drenagem 9. na fase de descongelamento, a disposição de válvulas fecha a entrada de fluido ao evaporador 5, com o compressor funcionando para evacuar parcialmente o evaporador antes do evaporador vir a ser conectado ao receptor de descongelamento, de modo que venha a ocorrer a inundação instantânea do evaporador com o vapor quente. uma mídia de mudança de fase 11 pode vir a ser incluída para estocagem de calor a partir da saída do condensador, vinda a ser devolvida ao evaporador durante o descongelamento. o calor adicional pode vir a ser fornecido até ao líquido descongelado para aumentar ainda mais a velocidade de descongelamento.
