本发明公开了一种双蒸发器制冷系统,包括压缩机和蒸发器,它是由两个回路组成的,所述的压缩机、风冷凝器通过管道连接并联的供液电磁阀、并联的毛细管、并联主蒸发器和副蒸发器,主蒸发器和副蒸发器合路通过电动阀连接压缩机形成第一回路,所述的压缩机、电磁阀、储气罐与风冷凝器通过管道连接形成第二回路。本发明的有益效果是:降温快速、温度场稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种双蒸发器制冷系统。
背景技术
目前的玻璃门的立式冷冻展示柜普遍存在着这样一个问题:化霜阶段箱中心温度会很快回升。尤其是在环境温度较高的情况下。譬如用于热带气候条件的地区时,在40℃环境温度,-30℃柜内温度的条件下化霜,设定化霜周期为6小时,化霜时间为30分钟。此时,箱内温度会回升到-5℃左右。实际情况下,电热玻璃的面积越大,柜内温度回升幅度越大。这种情况,会使贮存在展示柜内的固态乳制品类食品的表面发生软化消融的现象,极容易使食品的卫生状况和质量发生恶化。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了双蒸发器制冷系统。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种双蒸发器制冷系统,包括压缩机和蒸发器,它是由两个回路组成的,所述的压缩机、风冷凝器通过管道连接并联的供液电磁阀、并联的毛细管、并联主蒸发器和副蒸发器,主蒸发器和副蒸发器合路通过电动阀连接压缩机形成第一回路,所述的压缩机、电磁阀、储气罐与风冷凝器通过管道连接形成第二回路。
作为优选的,所述的电磁阀为旋转式电磁阀。
作为优选的,所述副蒸发器为蛇管式蒸发器。
作为优选的,所述的主蒸发器旁还设有循环风扇。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:降温快速、温度场稳定。

如图1所示的一种双蒸发器制冷系统,包括压缩机7和蒸发器,它是由两个回路组成的,所述的压缩机7、风冷凝器5通过管道连接并联的供液电磁阀VA/VB、并联的毛细管一3和毛细管二4、并联主蒸发器1和副蒸发器2,主蒸发器1和副蒸发器2合路通过电动阀VD连接压缩机7形成第一回路,所述的压缩机7、电磁阀VC、储气罐6与风冷凝器5通过管道连接形成第二回路,所述的电磁阀为旋转式电磁阀,所述的蒸发器为蛇管式蒸发器,所述的主蒸发器1旁还设有循环风扇8。

1.一种双蒸发器制冷系统,包括压缩机和蒸发器,其特征在于:它是由两个回路组成的,所述的压缩机、风冷凝器通过管道连接并联的供液电磁阀、并联的毛细管、并联主蒸发器和副蒸发器,主蒸发器和副蒸发器合路通过电动阀连接压缩机形成第一回路,所述的压缩机、电磁阀、储气罐与风冷凝器通过管道连接形成第二回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双蒸发器制冷系统,其特征在于:所述的电磁阀为旋转式电磁阀。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双蒸发器制冷系统,其特征在于:所述的副蒸发器为蛇管式蒸发器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双蒸发器制冷系统,其特征在于:所述的主蒸发器旁还设有循环风扇。
