Abstract
dispositivo de mira cirúrgica a presente invenção refere-se a um guia de pivotamento articulado para posicionar um túnel femoral emuma reconstrução de ligamento cruzado anterior (acl) que localiza um furo de broca para colocação, que penetra, de modo ótimo, uma profundidade mpnima do tecido mole (pele, músculo, etc), e ainda dirige a furação para uma área suficientemente rígida e estruturalmente saudável do fêmur. o guia articulado permite colocação de um ponto de mira em uma localização de saída de broca desejada no fêmur. a articulação sendo adaptada para fixar a mira em um grau de rotação em torno de um eixo geométrico definido pela rotação da articulação, de modo que o eixo geométrico passe através de um ponto de mira ao longo da rotação da articulação, enquanto mantendo o ponto de mira alinhado com um guia de inserção deslizavelmente móvel através da abertura no manípulo, a qual abertura é definida por um eixo geométrico de inserção que se estende em direção ao ponto de mira, de modo que o ponto de mira fique na intersecção do eixo geométrico de articulação e eixo geométrico de inserção.
