本发明提供一种膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,一种膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,包括一个弓形器械,该弓形器械的一端设置有定位指示钉,另一端设置有固定圆筒,所述定位指示钉与固定圆筒两者中心在一直线上,所述固定圆筒内横穿有滑移圆筒,滑移圆筒内横穿有带钩的圆棒。本发明膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器能起到瞄准实施的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器。
背景技术
目前膝关节交叉韧带从股骨或胫骨上撕脱大部分采用一期保守治疗,如果关节不稳行二期重建(费用高,疗效欠佳),其主要原因是缺乏一期修复材料和器械。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型器材以解决膝关节交叉韧带修复时钻孔定位处的修复难题。
一种膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,包括一个弓形器械,该弓形器械的一端设置有定位指示钉,另一端设置有固定圆筒,所述定位指示钉与固定圆筒两者中心在一直线上,所述固定圆筒内横穿有滑移圆筒,滑移圆筒内横穿有带钩的圆棒。
进一步地,如上所述的膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,所述固定圆筒的内径为为4.5mm,外径为7.5mm;所述滑移圆筒的内径为2mm,外径为4.5mm;所述圆棒(3)的直径为2mm。
进一步地,如上所述的膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,所述固定圆筒长70mm,滑移圆筒长140mm,圆棒长220mm。
进一步地,如上所述的膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,所述弓形器械的长为120mm。
本发明提供的膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,能起到瞄准实施的目的。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1为本发明膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器爆炸示意图,如图1所示,施乐辉5mm带针锚钉,其针较小可以再膝关节屈曲位的间隙内操作,其线强度大,符合修复交叉韧带的需要,但在骨内固定时没有钻孔的瞄准器影响手术效果。一个弓形器械1,前面为定位指示钉12,后面为固定圆筒11,其中心在一直线上,固定圆筒11内横穿有可滑动的滑移圆筒2,滑移圆筒2内横穿有可滑动的圆棒3,所述圆棒3为有钩。这样能起到瞄准实施的目的。
定位指示钉12位于关节内韧带撕脱处,圆筒3位于关节外,滑移圆筒3可以使关节外切口减少达到微创手术要求,2mm克氏针钻孔后带钩棒用于将关节内缝线引出关节外,在骨皮质外固定。

1.一种膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,其特征在于,包括一个弓形器械(1),该弓形器械(1)的一端设置有定位指示钉(12),另一端设置有固定圆筒(11),所述定位指示钉(12)与固定圆筒(11)两者中心在一直线上,所述固定圆筒(11)内横穿有滑移圆筒(2),滑移圆筒(2)内横穿有带钩的圆棒(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,其特征在于,所述固定圆筒(11)的内径为为4.5mm,外径为7.5mm;所述滑移圆筒(2)的内径为2mm,外径为4.5mm;所述圆棒(3)的直径为2mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,其特征在于,所述固定圆筒(11)长70mm,滑移圆筒(2)长140mm,圆棒(3)长220mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膝关节交叉韧带修复瞄准器,其特征在于,所述弓形器械(1)的长为120mm。
