Abstract
processo contínuo para produção de acroleína por desidratação catalítica de glicerol ou glicerina na presença de um catalisador ácido, processo para fabricação, a partir de acroleina, de 3-(metiltio)propionaldeído mmp, 2-hidroxi-4-(metiltio)butironitrilo hmtbn, metionina, 2-hidroxi-4-(metiltio) ácido butanóico hmtba, ésteres deste último, ou 2-oxo-4- (metiltio) ácido butanóico kmb e uso dos mesmos. processo contínuo para obtenção de acroleína por desidratação catalítica de glicerol ou glicerina, na presença de um catalisador ácido, em que o dito processo compreende a regeneração concomitante de dito catalisador e é realizado em reator de leito fluidizado, dito reator compreendendo duas zonas, uma primeira zona, ou zona inferior, denominada zona de regeneração do catalisador, na qual um gás de fluidização compreendendo oxigênio é introduzido, e uma segunda zona, ou zona superior, denominada zona de reação, na qual o glicerol ou a glicerina são introduzidos e convertidos em acroleína.
