extratos de café como ingredientes de alimentos, fármacos, cosméticos, suplementos dietéticos e produtos biológicos. trata-se de modalidades relacionadas a composições em questão compreendem um alimento, fármaco, cosmético, suplemento dietético ou produto biológico, em que o dito produto é composto por uma fração fitoquímica recuperada de uma cafeína em bruto, sendo que a dita fração fitoquímica tem uma razão entre polifenóis e cafeína de cerca de 20, 10 a 30 ou 40, ou superior a 10. em modalidade relacionadas, a dita fração fitoquímica é um retentado de um processo de filtração de uma suspenção de água de cafeína em bruto, e em que a dita cafeína em é um produto proveniente de um proceso de descafeinização de grãos de café verde. em outras modalidades relacionadas, as ditas composições em questão são úteis para facilitar neroproteção, inibir cox-2 ou estimular absorção de glicose.
