Abstract

detector de vazamento. a presente invenção refere-se ao detector de vazamento que a presente um primeiro sensor (16) para a detecção de um componente de gás (hélio) em um gás aspirado. uma vez que o sensor é susceptível de saturação ou contaminação é previsto um segundo sensor (38). este é um sensor termicamente condutico. o sensor termicamente condutivo apresenta uma sensibilidade de detecção menor, porém, em caso de alta concentração do componente de gás não sucumbe ao risco de contaminação. através dos dois sensores (16; 38) juntos pode ser detectada uma faixa grande de sensibilidade de medição extremamente alta até altas concentrações dos componentes de gás, como podem ocorrer em vazamentos grandes.
