可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器
技术领域
本发明公开了一种可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器,属于可燃性气体安全检测领域,可对可能存在可燃性气体泄露的易燃易爆场所进行安全检测。
背景技术
几十年来,国人致力于研制开发可燃气体的安全检测技术,进行卓有成效的研究。但是,纵观国内外可燃气体探测器技术,它们的内部构造只有一个半导体气敏元件或一个检测元件,都存在一个很大的弱点,即:当传感检测元件出现断路或失效的同时,正好又有超限浓度的可燃气体进入,这时就无法再输出报警浓度信号,控制系统就不能正常报警。它不仅影响正常的安全生产,而且存在着很大的安全隐患。为此,国家在首次颁布的GB16808-97标准“可燃气体报警控制器技术要求和试验方法”中第三章第3.2.4条b款提出:可燃气体探测器内部元件失效时必须使可燃气体报警控制器能发出声光、故障信号,这时如有超浓度可燃气体进入时又照样能发出声光报警信号。一般来讲不论是半导体原理的气敏探测元件,还是催化载体燃烧式原理的探测元件,当它失效时,其电路还是通的,很难做到“内部元件失效“时一方面要发出故障报警,同时又能坚持探测工作的效果。
发明内容
针对这一问题,我进行了反复研究、反复试验,终于发明了这种“可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器”。这是用两对检测元件组成一个传感器的冗余探测技术。这种技术的发明,基本解决了上述技术难题。也就是说,当可燃气体探测器内部元件发生断路或失效时,它不但能发出故障信号并且能坚持正常的安全探测工作。本发明的可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器包括防爆杯、检测元件和补偿元件,其特征在于:由Cr17niz粉末冶金材料制成的一个防爆杯中同时含有两个检测元件和两个补偿元件,所述检测元件和补偿元件均连接在一个印刷线路板上,所述印刷线路板与所述防爆杯的顶部紧密配合,所述印刷线路板上具有电子选择开关并连有电源线、信号线和接地线,所述电源线、信号线和接地线均分别连接至各自的接线板上,经所述电子选择开关分别对所述检测元件和补偿元件进行测量。通过把获得的信号拆算成可比较的数字信号以及与历史测量值比较判断而得出有效的测量结果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器包括防爆杯1和检测元件2,由Cr17niz粉末冶金材料制成的防爆杯1(烧结体)中同时含有两个检测元件2和两个补偿元件3,所述检测元件2和补偿元件3均连接在印刷线路板4(环氧板δ=1.5)上,印刷线路板4与防爆杯1顶部紧密配合,印刷线路板4上具有电子选择开关并连有2个电源线7(塑胶材料,0.5mm2XT1)、2个信号线8(塑胶材料,0.5mm2XT1)和1个接地线9(塑胶材料,0.5mm2XT1),电源线7、信号线8、接地线9均穿过垫圈5和过线胶圈6后与各自的接线板10(T1纯铜带δ=0.5)连接。经过电子选择开关分别对所述检测元件2和补偿元件3进行测量,并通过把获得的信号拆算成可比较的数字信号以及与历史测量值比较判断而得出有效的测量结果。
本发明可以达到如下的技术效果:
1、探测器内部元件断线时仍能坚持检测工作:通过探测器的生产工艺将两个检测元件同时置入一个防爆杯中,在电路上经过电子选择开关分别对两个检测元件进行测量,再把两信号拆算成可比较的数字信号以排除检测元件的分散性,通过历史测量值的比较、判断,取出当前应该有效的测量值,如图2的电路原理示意图所示。当两个检测元件中任何一个损坏时,均可由另一个来推算出有效的测量值。只有两个检测元件同时损坏时才无法测量,一般是不可能的。假设一个检测元件的意外故障率为B(如B=10%),依据概率与统计,两个同时出现故障的概率为B×B=10%×10%=1%。由此看来,显然可大大提高探测的安全性。
2、探测器内检测元件失效时仍能坚持检测:将两个检测元件置入同一个防爆杯内,通过在软件上计算,探测元件的失效判断依据为当两个检测元件的折算浓度差≥20%时,取大值为报警信号,此时便可判断其中一个检测元件已失效,但尚有一个未失效,故仍能坚持工作。在实践中,两个检测元件不可能在同一时刻均失效。
综上所述,在实际中,当显示探测检测器元件断线故障时或经过一时期使用出现检测元件失效故障时,本发明的“可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器”仍能对可燃气体超限进行报警探测,彻底改变了以往探测器内部只有一个检测电阻或一个检测元件而导致出现故障却不能工作的状况,这在国内外尚无先例。一旦将此技术在各厂家推广应用,必将极大地提高安全检测的可靠性,并代表着我国可燃气体探测技术提高到了一个崭新的水平,对其发挥的社会安全效益将不可估量。

1.一种可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器,包括防爆杯、检测元件和补偿元件,其特征在于:由Cr17niz粉末冶金材料制成的一个防爆杯中同时含有两个检测元件和两个补偿元件,所述检测元件和补偿元件均连接在一个印刷线路板上,所述印刷线路板与所述防爆杯的顶部紧密配合,所述印刷线路板上具有电子选择开关并连有电源线、信号线和接地线,所述电源线、信号线和接地线均分别连接至各自的接线板上,经所述电子选择开关分别对所述检测元件和补偿元件进行测量。
