Abstract

可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器是用于可能泄漏可燃气体的场所进行探测,属于安全监测领域。以往可燃气体传感器,一旦发生内部元件断路或失效时,就无法继续探测,这主要的问题在于探测器内只有一对检测元件。本发明可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器,其技术特征;是在防爆杯内安装二对检测元件。试验表明:在探测可燃气浓度时,传感器内部检测元件不可能同时发生两对检测元件会同在一时刻断路或失效。因此,即使其中一对检测元件发出故障信号,而另一对检测元件仍然可以保持正常探测。

Description

可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器
“可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器”本发明技术是属于对各种可燃性气体可能存在泄漏的易燃易爆场所进行安全探测的技术领域。
几十年来,国人研制开发和发展可燃气体安全探测技术,进行卓有成效的研究,但是,纵观国内外可燃气体探测器技术,它们内部的构造只有一个半导体气敏元件或一对检测元件,都存在一个很大的弱点,即:当传感检测元件出现断路或失效的同时,正好又有超限浓度的可燃气体进入,这时就无法再输出报警浓度信号,控制系统就不能正常报警。它不仅影响正常的安全生产,而且存在着很大不安全隐患。为此,国家在首部颁布的GB16808-97标准“可燃气体报警控制器技术要求和试检方法”中第三章;3、2、4条b款提出的关于;“可燃气体探测器内部元件失效”时必须使可燃气报警控制器能发出声光、故障信号,这时如有超浓度可燃气进入时又照样能发出声光报警信号。一般来讲不论是半导体原理的气敏探测元件,还是催化载体燃烧式原理的探测元件,当它失效时,其电路还是通的,很难做到“内部元件失效”时一方面要发出故障报警同时又能坚持探测工作的效果。
争对这一问题,我进行了反复研究,反复试检,终于发明了这种“可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器”技术。这是用二对检测元件组成一个传感器的冗余探测技术。这种技术的发明,基本上解决了上述技术难题。也就是说当可燃气体探测器内部元件发生断路或失效时,它不但能发出故障信号且仍能坚持正常的安全探测工作。它的构造和技术原理是:
一.探测器内部元件断线时仍能坚持检测工作
1、通过探测器的生产工艺,把两对检测元件同时置入一个防爆杯内见说明书附图1与表1:
2、电路上经过电子选择开关分别对两个检测元件进行测量,再把两信号拆算成可比较的数字信号以排除检测元件分散性,通过历史测量值的比较、判断、取出当前应该有效的测量值。见说明书附图2(电路原理示意图)。
3、当两个检测件中任何一对损坏时,均可由另一对来推算出有效的测量值。只有两对检测元件同时损坏时才无法测量。一般不可能。
4、假设一对检测元件的意外故障为义(如B=10%),依据概率与统计,两个同时故障应为B×B=10%×10%=1%,由此看出,显然可大大提高探测的安全性。
二、探测器内检测元件失效时仍然坚持检测
基本做法同样用双检测元件置入一个防爆杯内通过在软件上计算,对探测元件的失效判断依据为对检测元件的折算浓度差≥20%时,取大值为报警信号,此时便可判断其中一对检测元件已失效,但尚有一对未失效故仍能坚持工作。在实践中,不可能二对检测元件在同一时刻均失效的。
综上所述,本发明的“可燃气体双元件传感冗余探测器”技术,在实际中,当显示探测检测器元件断线故障时或经过一时期使用出现检测元件失效故障时,仍能对可燃气体超限报警探测,彻底改变了以往探测器内部只有一个检测电阻或一对检测元件的构造而出现故障却不能工作的状况,这在国内,国际尚无先例。一旦将此技术在各厂家推广应用,必将极大提高安全探测的可靠性,并代表着我国可燃气体探测安全技术提高到了一个斩新的水平,对其发挥的社会安全效益将不可估量。

1、一种可燃气体双元件冗余传感探测器,其特征在于:通过探测器的生产工艺,把2对检测元件同时置入一个防爆杯内。
2、根据权利要求1,在电路上使用电子选择开关分别对两个以上的检测元件进行测量、比较、判断。
