Abstract

catalisadores scr de zeólita tipo ,ordenita com ferro ou cobre. a presente invenção refere-se a catalisadores de cu/mordenita que foram descobertos ser altamente ativos para scr de no com nh ~3~ e exibiram alta resistência ao envenenamento com álcalis. as propriedades redox e ácidas de cu/mordenita foram bem preservadas depois do envenenamento com pótassio diferente daquelas de catalisadores de vanádio. catalisadores de fe-mordenita também revelaram uma revestividade muito maior do que o catalisador de scr comercial v ~2~o ~5~/wo ~3~-tio ~2~ (vwr), que é usado atualmente para a diminuição de no ~x~ em instalações fixas. as propriedades únicas do suporte como alta área de superfície e acidez da superfície, que não estão disponíveis no catalisador de vwt comercial, parecem ser requisitos essenciais para a alta resistência a álcalis. catalisadores baseados em zeólita tipo mordenita podem, portanto, ser alternativas atraentes aos catalisadores de scr convencionais para o tratamento de gás de combustão de biomassa emitido por usinas de força.
