cadinho de uso para solidificação de um lingote de silício a partir de silício fundido, processo para preparar um cadinho e uso de um cadinho. a presente invenção refere-se a um cadinho que pode ser usado para solidificar um lingote de silício fundido, caracterizado pelo fato de que o mesmo está, pelo menos parcialmente revestido na superfície interior com pelo menos uma camada constituída por um material produzido por decomposição térmica de polissilazano(s), dita camada com uma resistência ao cisalhamento maior que 1 pa e não superior a 500 mpa, e estando na forma de uma pilha de camadas adjacentes de ladrilhos não contíguos. a invenção também se refere a um método para a preparação de tais cadinhos.
