liofilização a granel utilizando congelamento por pulverização e secagem agitada. um liofilizador processa produtos em pó a granel. o liofilizador congela o produto por misturar uma pulverização atomizada de produto com nitrogênio líquido estéril. o pó resultante é liofilizado em um recipiente, e o conteúdo do recipiente é agitado para manter contato de produto com parede de recipiente aquecido para evitar aglomeração.
