Abstract

celulossoma artificial e o uso do mesmo para a degradação enzimática de substratos resilientes - a presente invenção refere-se a um celulossoma artificial produzido in vitro para a degradação enzimática de substratos resilientes. em particular, a presente invenção fornece um complexo com uma atividade aumentada em substratos resilientes, tal como, a celulose cristalina. o complexo formado in vitro compreende um arcabouço de cadeia principal tendo ao menos quatro sítios de ligação capazes de ligar os componentes enzimáticos, em que ao menos dois dos sítios de ligação têm essencialmente a mesma especificidade de ligação; e ao menos três diferentes componentes enzimáticos limitados aleatoriamente a ao menos quatro sítios de ligação. um método para preparar o complexo e seus usos para a degradação enzimática de substratos resilientes também são fornecidos.
