método para fabricar material composto com base em resina. é fornecido um método de fabricação capaz de controlar a espessura de placa de um material composto com base em resina, com maior precisão. o método para fabricar o material composto com base em resina inclui um estágio no qual pré-impregnados (30) são empilhados em um gabarito (20) de uma forma predeterminada até que os pré-impregnados (30) tenham uma espessura predeterminada; um estágio no qual os pré-impregnados empilhados (30) e o gabarito (20) são cobertos com material de ensacamento (35) e tratamento térmico pressurizado é aplicado a ele para formar um primeiro artigo semi-moldado (40a) e um segundo artigo semi-moldado (40b); um estágio no qual a espessuras de placa do primeiro artigo semi-moldado (40a) e do segundo artigo semi-moldado (40b) são medidas, um estágio no qual o número de lonas adicionais (42) é determinado com base nas espessuras de placa medidas, uma espessura de placa desejada do material composto com base em resina e propriedades fisícas das lonas adicionais (42), e um estágio no qual um produto em camadas (43) é formado empilhando o número predeterminado de lonas adicionais (42) entre o primeiro artigo semi-moldado (40a) e o segundo artigo semi-moldado (40b) que são colocados sobre o gabarito (41a, 41b) da forma predeterminada, o produto em camadas (43) e o gabarito (41a, 41b, 44) são cbertos com material de ensacamento (47) e tratamento térmico pressurizado é aplicado a eles.
