Abstract

MISTURADOR DE PULVERIZAÇÃO ESTÁTICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um misturador de pulverização para a misturação e pulverização de pelo menos dois componentes fluidificáveis, com uma caixa de misturador tubular (2), a qual se estende na direção de um eixo longitudinal (A) até uma extremidade distal (21), a qual apresenta uma abertura de saída (22) para os componentes, com pelo menos um elemento de misturação (3) disposto na caixa de misturador (2) para a misturação conjunta dos componentes, bem como uma manga de atomização (4) que apresenta uma superfície interna, a qual envolve a caixa de misturador (2) em sua região terminal, sendo que a manga de atomização (4) apresenta um canal de entrada (41) para um meio de atomização que se encontra sob pressão, sendo que na superfície externa da caixa de misturador (2) ou na superfície interna da manga de atomização (4) são previstas várias ranhuras (5) que se estendem respectivamente para a extremidade distal (21), as quais formam canais de fluxo (51) separados entre a manga de atomização (4) e a caixa de misturador (2), através dos quais o meio de atomização pode fluir o canal de entrada (41) da manga de atomização (4) para a extremidade distal (21) da caixa de misturador (2). Cada canal de fluxo apresenta respectivamente, na direção do fluxo, uma inclinação variável em relação ao eixo longitudinal (A).
