Abstract

peça conectora para um misturador estático de aspersão a presente invenção refere-se a uma peça conectora para um misturador estático de aspersão para mistura e aspersão de pelo menos dois componentes fluidizáveis que têm um alojamento de misturador tubular (2) que tem pelo menos um elemento de mistura (3), bem como uma luva atomizadora (4), em que o alojamento de misturador (2) se estende na direção de um eixo geométrico longitudinal (a) até uma extremidade distal (21) que tem uma abertura de saída (22) para os componentes, e em que a luva atomizadora (4) tem uma passagem de entrada (41) para um meio atomizador pressurizado, bem como uma superfície interna que tem uma pluralidade de sulcos separados (5) que podem formar passagens de fluxo separadas junto ao alojamento de misturador (2), sendo que tal peça conectora tem uma região de entrada (11) para cooperar com a região de extremidade distal (27) do alojamento de misturador (2), bem como uma região de saída (12) para cooperar com a luva atomizadora (4), em que a região de entrada (11) e a região de saída (12) incluem um ângulo de deflexão (a) diferente de zero, e sendo que a região de saída (12) tem, em sua extremidade remota em relação à região de entrada (11), uma seção de extremidade (13) cujo contorno externo é igual àquele do alojamento de misturador (2) para que a seção de extremidade (13) da região de saida (12) possa cooperar com a luva atomizadora (4) da mesma maneira que a região de extremidade distal (27) do alojamento de misturador (2) pode cooperar com a luva atomizadora (4)
