Abstract
misturador por aspersão estático. a presente invenção refere-se a um misturador por aspersão estático para a mistura e aspersão de pelo menos dois componentes dispersíveis, sendo que o dito misturador por aspersão compreende um alojamento de misturador tubular (2) que se estende na direção de um eixo geométrico longitudinal (a) até uma extremidade distal (21) que compreende uma saída (220 para os componentes, sendo que pelo menos um elemento de mistura (3) está disposto no alojamento de misturador (2) e é usado para misturar os componentes, e uma manga de atomização (4) que tem uma superfície interna que circunda a região de extremidade do alojamento de misturador (2). a manga de atomização (4) tem um canal de entrada (41) para um meio de atomização pressurizado. uma pluralidade de sulcos (5) que se estendem respectivamente em direção à extremidade distal (21) é fornecida na superfície externa do alojamento de misturador (2) ou na superfície interna da manga de atomização (4), sendo que os ditos sulcos (5) formam canais de fluxo separados (51) entre a manga de atomização (4) e o alojamento de misturador (2), através dos quais o meio de atomização pode fluir do canal de entrada (41) da manga de atomização (4) para a extremidade distal (21) do alojamento de misturador (2). o canal de entrada (41) é disposto de maneira assimétrica em relação ao eixo geométrico longitudinal (a).
