Abstract

Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの混合要素(3)を有する管状の混合器ハウジング(2)及び霧化スリーブ(4)を有する、少なくとも2つの流動性成分を混合及び噴霧するための静止型噴霧混合器用の接続部において、
前記混合器ハウジング(2)が、長手方向軸線(A)の方向に前記成分用の出口開口部(22)を有する遠位端(21)まで延び、
前記霧化スリーブ(4)が、加圧された霧化媒体用の入口通路(41)、及び前記混合器ハウジング(2)と共に別個の流路を形成することができる複数の別個の溝(5)を有する内面を有し、
前記接続部が、前記混合器ハウジング(2)の遠位端領域(27)と協働するための入口領域(11)、及び前記霧化スリーブ(4)と協働するための出口領域(12)を有し、前記入口領域(11)と前記出口領域(12)とがゼロとは異なる偏角(α)を形成し、
前記出口領域(12)が、前記入口領域(11)から遠いほうの端部に外輪郭が前記混合器ハウジング(2)の外輪郭と同じである末端部(13)を有し、前記出口領域(12)の前記末端部(13)は、前記混合器ハウジング(2)の前記遠位端領域(27)が前記霧化スリーブ(4)と協働することができるのと同じ手段で、前記霧化スリーブ(4)と協働することができるようになっている、接続部。 - 前記入口領域(11)と前記出口領域(12)との間の前記偏角(α)が、45〜135度の範囲、好ましくは60〜120度の範囲である請求項1に記載された接続部。
- 前記入口領域(11)と前記出口領域(12)との間の前記偏角(α)が90度である請求項1又は請求項2に記載された接続部。
- 前記入口領域(11)の内輪郭が、前記混合器ハウジング(2)の前記遠位端領域(27)に局所的に接触できるように寸法を決められている請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された接続部。
- 前記入口領域(11)が、ねじ山なしで前記混合器ハウジング(2)に接続可能である請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された接続部。
- 前記出口領域(12)が、ねじ山なしで前記霧化スリーブ(4)に接続可能である請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された接続部。
- 前記出口領域(12)が、前記入口領域(11)に面する端部に、前記霧化スリーブ(4)に係合するように設計された端部プレート(15)を有し、それにより動作中の前記霧化媒体の前記端部プレート(15)からの漏出を防止するようになっている請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された接続部。
- 前記出口領域(12)が、実質的に一定の内径を有する、前記混合された成分用の通路(16)を含む請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載された接続部。
- 前記端部プレート(15)と前記出口領域(12)の前記末端部(13)との間に、外径を前記混合器ハウジング(2)の前記遠位端領域(27)の外輪郭に合わせた少なくとも1つの案内要素(17)が設けられる請求項7又は請求項8に記載された接続部。
- 外径を前記混合器ハウジング(2)の外径に合わせた、複数のディスク形の案内要素(17)のそれぞれが1列に配置して設けられる請求項9に記載された接続部。
- 外径を前記混合器ハウジング(2)の前記外径に合わせた、螺旋状の案内要素(17)が設けられる請求項9に記載された接続部。
- 請求項1から請求項11までのいずれか一項に記載された接続部を有する、少なくとも2つの流動性成分を混合及び噴霧するための静止型噴霧混合器の組み合わせであって、
前記静止型噴霧混合器が、少なくとも1つの混合要素(3)を有する管状の混合器ハウジング(2)及び霧化スリーブ(4)を有し、前記混合器ハウジング(2)が、長手方向軸線(A)の方向に前記成分用の出口開口部(22)を有する遠位端(21)まで延び、前記霧化スリーブ(4)が、加圧された霧化媒体用の入口通路(41)、及び前記混合器ハウジング(2)と共に別個の流路を形成することができる複数の別個の溝(5)を有する内面を有する、組み合わせ。 - 前記霧化スリーブ(4)が前記接続部(1)のまわりで回転できるように、前記霧化スリーブ(4)を前記接続部に接続することができる請求項12に記載された組み合わせ。
- 前記接続部が前記混合器ハウジングと一体になるように、前記接続部が前記混合器ハウジング(2)に対して成形される請求項12又は請求項13に記載された組み合わせ。
