encapsulamento de semicondutores empilhados. é provido um encapsulamento de semicondutores empilhados. a presente invenção inclui um substrato apresentando uma primeira e uma segunda almofadas conectivas providas em uma superfície do mesmo, um primeiro laminado de chips em cascata que é carregado no substrato e no qual uma pluralidade de primeiros chips semicondutores é empilhada em múltiplos estágios para externamente expor uma primeira almofada de ligação ligada por fio através da primeira almofada conectiva e um primeiro fio condutivo, um segundo laminado de chips em cascata na qual uma pluralidade de segundos chips semicondutores é empilhada nos múltiplos estágios para externamente expor uma segunda almofada de ligação ligada por fio através da segunda almofada conectiva e um segundo fio condutivo a uma área correspondendo à primeira almofada de ligação, e uma peça de junção para unir o primeiro laminado de chips em cascata e o segundo laminado de chips em cascata.
