Abstract
"método e aparelho de controle de codificação de vídeo" a presente invenção refere-se a um método de controle de codificação de vídeo para controlar a codificação de um sinal de vídeo de entrada. o método inclui as etapas de detectar um esvaziamento de dados de um buffer decodificador, se o esvaziamento de dados do buffer decodificador tiver sido detectado, suprimir uma quantidade de código gerado saltando uma imagem-alvo de codificação ou por codificação da imagem-alvo de codificação de modo a produzir uma quantidade mínima de código gerado: após a supressão da quantidade de código gerado, comparar a taxa atual de ocupação no buffer decodificador com um limite predeterminado para a taxa de ocupação no buffer decodificador; e desempenhar um controle para suprimir continuamnte a quantidade de código gerado para cada imagem-alvo de codificação utilizando a etapa acima de suprimir a quantidade de código gerado até que a taxa de ocupação no buffer decodificador exceda o limite com base no resultado da comparação acima.
