levedura industrial capaz de produzir etanol a partir de pelo emnos uma pentose. a presente invenção se refere ao campo de métodos para obtenção de cepas de levedura produtoras de etanol, ao campo das então produzidas cepas, e ao campo da produção industrial de etanol a partir de ditas cepas. particularmente, a presente invenção se refere, no aspecto mais geral da mesma, a um método para preparar leveduras a partir de cepas de saccharomyces cerevisiaedites industriais, a ditas cepas, e para o uso das mesma na produção industrial de etanol a partir de meios industriais contendo pelo menos uma pentose.
