Abstract

sistema de gerenciamento de energia. o propósito da presente invenção é fornecer um sistema de gerenciamento de energia que trabalha tanto para reduzir energia como para manter a conveniência em cada edifício. o sistema de gerenciamento de energia (100) da presente invenção é dotado de um aparelho de gerenciamento de energia (10) e de um aparelho de controle (30,30). o aparelho de gerenciamento de energia é localizado de modo superior a uma pluralidade de edifícios, e gerencia a energia provida a dispositivos de equipamento fornecidos a cada edifício. o aparelho de controle é conectado ao aparelho de gerenciamento de energia e controla os dispositivos de equipamento nos edifícios. o aparelho de controle tem uma unidade de observação de situação operacional (36a, 236a, 336g, 436g). a unidade de observação de situação operacional observa a situação operacional dos dispositivos de equipamento. a unidade de apresentação de capacidade redutora apresenta ao aparelho de gerenciamento de energia uma pluralidade de capacidades redutoras de energia para cada condição, as quais são quantidades de energia que podem ser reduzidas para os dispositivos de equipamento, com base na situação operacional. é possível, desse modo, considerar tanto a redução de energia quando a manutenção de conveniência nos edifícios.
