Abstract

processo para a filtragem de fluidos bem como aparelho de filtragem para a realização do processo. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a filtragem de fçuidos, especialmente de produtos aquosos, através de um aparelho de filtragem de reciclagem, constituído de um alojamento cilíndrico, um corpo de suporte cilíndrico e perfurado ali integrado em forma coaxial, um elemento filtrante, uma tessitura de suporte, bem como um dispositivo de refluxo móvel que ali se encontra, sendo que este processo possibilita melhor separação de partículas finas e finíssimas, bem como de partículas de co0nsistência lodosa ou compressível, e permitindo concentrações de substâncias sólidas maiores. o processo conforme a invenção apresenta os seguintes passos: a) formação de um bolo de filtrado na perfuração do corpo de suporte; b) separação das partículas mais finas, ou seja, das partículas de conistência lodosa ou compressível, junto ou dentro do bolo filtrado; c) refluxo depois de alcançadas a carga de filtro predeterminada ou a pressão diferencial máxima admissível, ou na queda abaixo de uma corrente de volume de filtrado mínima. outro aspecto da invenção é um aparelho de filtragem para a realização do processo, caracterizado pelo fato de que o elemento filtrante consiste de um tecido de filtro com permeabilidade de ar de 700 - 1300l/m²s com 200 pa de pressão diferencial.
