Abstract
PRODUTO LÁCTEO RETICULADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir um produto lácteo reticulado, compreendendo submeter um produto lácteo a uma extrusão para obter diversos pontos de fio do produto lácteo e estruturar os referidos pontos de fio do produto para obter um produto lácteo reticulado. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a um produto lácteo reticulado obtível por este método e a um produto lácteo reticulado que compreende uma rede coerente de diversos emaranhados de pontos de fio individuais de um produto lácteo.
