Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO ABRASÍVEL E MÉTODO DE FABRICAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um pó de pulverização térmica tendo um primeiro componente A mecanicamente misturado com um segundo componente B, em que o primeiro componente A é um metal ou compósito metálico, preferivelmente pelo menos um entre ABN cladeado com Ni-Cr-Al-HBN cladeado com Ni-Cr-Al, pó de nitreto de boro hexagonal aglomerado com ligante orgânico cladeado com Ni-Cr-Al, pó de nitreto de boro hexagonal aglomerado com ligante inorgânico cladeado com Ni-Cr-Al, um pó tipo M- CrAIY em que M é pelo menos um entre Ni, Co, Fe, e em que o componente B é um polímero cladeado com pelo menos um entre níquel, ligas de níquel, ligas de níquel cromo, ligas de níquel cromo alumínio, ligas de níquel alumínio, cobalto e ligas de cobalto. O resultado é um pó de pulverização térmica de quatro fases distintamente diferentes, tornando o pó uma mistura de quatro fases.
