Claims (19)
- 第2の成分Bと機械的に混合された第1の成分A
を含む溶射粉末であって、
該第1の成分Aが、金属及び金属合金のうちの少なくとも1つで被覆された固形潤滑剤であり、
該第2の成分Bが、ニッケル、ニッケル合金、ニッケルクロム合金、ニッケルクロムアルミニウム合金、ニッケルアルミニウム合金、コバルト及びコバルト合金のうちの少なくとも1つで被覆された金属又はポリマーである、上記溶射粉末。 - 前記第1の成分Aが、Ni−Cr−Alで被覆されたABN、Ni−Cr−Alで被覆されたHBN、有機結合剤を含むNi−Cr−Alで被覆された凝集六方晶系窒化ホウ素粉末、無機結合剤を含むNi−Cr−Al凝集六方晶系窒化ホウ素粉末、MがNi、Co及びFeのうちの1つであるMCrAlY型粉末と無機若しくは有機結合剤を含む凝集六方晶系窒化ホウ素粉末、並びに金属間化合物合金と無機若しくは有機結合剤を含む凝集六方晶系窒化ホウ素粉末のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 前記第1の成分A中の前記潤滑剤が、六方晶系窒化ホウ素、ベントナイト結合剤によって凝集された六方晶系窒化ホウ素(ABN)、グラファイト、フッ化物、及びタルクのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 成分Aが、Ni−Cr−Al(5重量%のCr及び5重量%のAl、残部がNi)で被覆されたABNである、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 成分Aの前記被覆が、共に合金になる複数の被覆層を含む、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 前記有機結合剤が、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリビニルピロリジノン、カルボキシメチルセルロース及びアクリルラテックス組成物のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項2に記載の溶射粉末。
- 前記ポリマーが、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリイミド及びアクリル酸に基づくポリマーのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 前記被覆ポリマーが変化しやすい(fugitive)相及び造孔剤のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 粒径が40〜120μmである、請求項5に記載の溶射粉末。
- 成分Bに対する成分Aの平均粒径比が、d50サイズ画分について、0.5〜1.5である、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 成分Aの見かけの密度が最小1.5である、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 成分Bの見かけの密度が最小2.5である、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 前記Ni−Cr−Alで被覆されたABNにおけるNi−Cr−Alが、5%〜15%のCr及び5%〜15%のAlである、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 成分A’をさらに含み、A’はNi−Cr−Al(5+x重量%のCr及び5+y重量%のAl、残部がNi)で被覆されたABNであり、xは5%超であり、yは0〜10%である、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 成分Bのポリマーが、ポリエステルを含む凝集物である、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 4相混合物とする4つのはっきりと異なる相である、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 請求項1に記載の溶射粉末を作製する方法であって、溶射粉末混合物を形成するために成分Bの粉末粒子と成分Aの粉末粒子とを機械的に混合することを含む、上記方法。
- 成分Bが金属である場合、成分Aに対する該金属成分Bの混合比が10〜90重量%である、請求項1に記載の溶射粉末。
- 前記ABNが、ジルコニア、イッテルビア、ジスプロシア、及び金属のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載の溶射粉末。
